    We’re looking for an

     ICT Service Desk Agent (for Business Automation Department) 

     

    Employment place: Hague, Holland

    Employment type: Permanent

    Qualifications & Experience

     

    ·         IT Bachelor’s degree

    ·         1 - 3 years’ work experience in ICT Service Desk or Business Automation 

    ·         Experience in MS Active Directory & Microsoft Applications, Desktop Support and User Management

    ·         Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software.

    ·         Proficiency in using support software tools.

    ·         Experience in call center tracking tools

    ·         English : Proficiency Level

     

    Optional Requirements

    ·         Recent certifications from Microsoft, Citrix

    ·         Experience in Citrix Xenapp and 6.5/7.5 and Xendesktop 5.6/7.1 and Citrix Provisioning and Master Creation Services.

    ·         Creating, managing, and deploying Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and associated custom GPO templates for the virtual environment.

    ·         Dutch: Basic Level

    ·         Excellent communication and organizational skills

    ·         Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service

    ·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    ·         Demonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques.

    ·         Customer service orientation
