    We’re looking for a

    Service Desk Agent (for Business Automation Department)

     

    Employment place: Athens, Greece

    Employment type: Permanent

    Qualifications & Experience

     

    ·         IT Bachelor’s degree (AEI & ATEI)

    ·         2 - 3 years’ work experience in Business Automation

    ·         Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software.

    ·         Demonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques.

    ·         Proficiency in using support software tools.

    ·         Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory & User Management & Desktop Support

    ·         Experience in call center tracking tools

     

     

    Optional

    ·         Recent certifications from Microsoft, Citrix

    ·         Experience in Citrix Xenapp and 6.5/7.5 and Xendesktop 5.6/7.1 and Citrix Provisioning and Master Creation Services.

    ·         Creating, managing, and deploying Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and associated custom GPO templates for the virtual environment

     

     

    Competences/Skills

    ·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    ·         Customer service orientation

    ·         English : Proficiency Level
