By the time we got our suitcases, hopped on the MIX07 bus that drove us to the hotel and checked in, it was 23:30! The hotel, by the way, is very impressive. First of all, it's huge ! All of the rooms are suites (around 70m 2 each) and it's got a ton of stuff inside, from a huge casino, to a Madame Tussaud museum, a number of shows, the halls where MIX07 will take place and a ton of other stuff. I thought it would be interesting to see what IBM has to say on the subject, so I registered, and went. Overall, the event was well organized (apart from a few sound problems they had in the beginning). The schedule was almost on track (for Greek standards, I mean!) and the food was great!
