Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems / Computer Science. Masters Degree will be considered a plus
• In depth knowledge of C#, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Strong background in relational databases (experience with Oracle will be considered an asset)
• Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgments
• Good client presence
• Work well in a team environment
