We are a Cyprus-based consulting company and a systems integrator as well as a key Microsoft Hosting Solutions Partner in the EMEA region. NIMATEKS LTD specializes in Microsoft technologies in order to provide clients with project-focused consulting services of the highest quality. We have a successful track record of designing and providing complex Microsoft Hosting Solutions worldwide often on behalf of Microsoft.

We are looking for experienced and talented freelance individuals to join our team on a subcontracting basis as Microsoft .NET Senior Software Engineers.  This role involves user requirements analysis, designing, developing, testing, building, deploying, documenting and supporting complex software applications based on the Microsoft .NET stack for Nimateks customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

As part of a successful, vibrant and expanding company, you will develop skills on a variety of projects working across the geographical regions in which Nimateks operates.

• You will work independently with diverse Microsoft technologies such as .NET 3.5/4.0, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, TFS, IIS and the Visual Studio IDE to develop applications running on hosted, multi-tenant cloud computing environments.
• You will design, develop, test, build, deploy, document and support complex application software solutions, and provide training worldwide to Nimateks customers, either remotely and/or at the customer premises.
• You will be able to translate software requirements into precise and robust programming code which meets the needs of the client requirements and be able to provide accurate software development effort estimations.
• You will be able to work with solutions designers, systems engineers, consultants and executive managers to provide advice on technical development and propose custom application software architectures.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Software Engineering experience with Microsoft .NET Technologies.
• In-depth knowledge in some or all of the following: .NET 3.5/4.0 on C#, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, MSMQ, IIS,  Visual Studio, SQL Server 2005 / 2008, MOSS 2007/SharePoint Server 2010, Dynamics CRM 4 / 2010, Windows Powershell.
• Understanding of the Microsoft Systems Cloud Computing platform architecture (IaaS and SaaS).
• Fluency and proven experience in both oral and written English.  The vast majority of our projects are carried out entirely in the English language.
• Effective communications and technical documentation skills, including maintaining high-level customer satisfaction under stress.
• Customer service focus and efficient time management skills.
• The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Software Development Factory processes and methodologies, such as Agile techniques, Design Patterns and Software QA methodologies.
• The ideal candidate will hold one or more current Microsoft Certifications and the willingness to further grow and learn.
