The successful candidate should hold a University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field of study and have a sound background in IT project management and technical proposal writing.
Required Skills and Competencies:
− 2-5 years of experience in IT project management and Software Engineering
− Over 2 years’ experience in research projects and proposal writing for national and EU funded programs
− Excellent communication skills, excellent English, ability to negotiate and cooperate with international partners
− Excellent technical writing skills
− Eager and able to travel
− Able to work under pressure
− Systematic and customer-oriented

− Team player
Assets:
− Requirements analysis and specification
− Experience with Project Management tools and methodologies
− Experience in the maritime or logistics industry will be appreciated
− PMI or Prince 2 Certificate
Your role:
− Active contribution in proposal writing for R&D projects
− Coordination/follow-up of project activities
− Participation in progress meetings and provision of reports
− Conversion of partners’ needs into an explicit scope and detailed project tasks plan
− Preparation and quality control of project deliverables
− Preparation of user documentation; technical documentation; business case descriptions
− Preparation and maintenance of project and quality plans, tracking of activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports
