(“IT&T”) company, operating in Belgium, Luxembourg, as well as several
other EU countries and internationally. The company designs and develops
software applications, and implements integrated state-of-the-art technology IT
and telecoms projects.
The company is a significant supplier of IT&T services to EU Institutions,
International organisations, European Agencies and National government
Administrations.
EUROPEAN DYNAMICS wishes to employ a Helpdesk Engineer / Web Developer to
provide his/her services at the premises of a major European Organization in Brussels, Belgium.
The ideal candidates will be required to perform, among others, the following
tasks:
- Assist in the administration of the Organisaiton's Front Page
servers.
- Manage access rights and provide support to the
users accessing the Front Page servers,
- Assist in the daily maintenance of the organisation's Intranet and Help Desk activities to web correspondents,
- Assist in the development of Internet
applications,
- Draft and/or edit content to be published on
the Internet/Intranet
Educational Requirements:
• Degree in an IT related field.
• Successful training in the technologies used will be considered as an asset.
Experience Requirements:
- Sound
Experience with Front Page Server, Windows 2000 server administration, Front
Page 2003 client application,
- Database experience with Oracle,
- Experience in developing web applications using
Java/JSP ,
- Sound knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript and CSS,
- UNIX experience will be considered as an asset
