    Έρευνα Αποδοχών: Ερωτήσεις για προσωπικό (θα ακολουθήσει και το management)

    ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Επειδή δεν μπορώ να πετύχω το formatting έβαλα τις ερωτήσεις και σαν attachment

    Να και οι ερωτήσεις για το προσωπικό. Ίσως θα πρέπει να αλλάξουμε τις γλώσσες που χρησιμοποιούνται, ενώ θα πρέπει να προσθέσουμε και ερωτήσεις για εξωτερικές εργασίες, καθώς πολλοί από εμάς αναλαμβάνουν και εξωτερικές εργασίες. Κάτι που υποθέτω ελάχιστοι κάνουν στην Αμερική. Έχω μαρκάρει και μερικές ερωτήσεις που πιστεύω θα έχουν ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον.

    Συγγνώμη για τις συντομεύσεις, αλλά έχω κρατήσει τις ερωτήσεις μόνο τυπωμένες και πέθανα στο γράψιμο!

    Κατά τα άλλα το έχω ήδη φτιάξει και θα μπορούσα να σας δώσω και URL για να συμπληρώσετε το ερωτηματολόγιο...

    Δεν είμαι όμως σίγουρος ότι είναι καλή ιδέα να το βγάλω online γιατί από κάπου τα έχεις αντιγράψει αυτά και δεν νομίζω ότι αυτός που έκατσε και σχεδίασε την έρευνα θα είναι πολύ χαρούμενος αν τρέχουμε εμείς μια ίδια με copy/paste....

    Επίσης ακόμα κι αν το τρέχαμε μέσω Internet δεν θα ήταν "έρευνα" μια και για να κάνεις μια σωστή έρευνα χρειάζεσαι κι ένα σωστό δείγμα (πράγμα που μέσω Internet δεν μπορείς να έχεις).

    Τα job functions τα έκανα post νωρίτερα. Οι υπόλοιπες επιλογές βγαίνουν εύκολα. Όσο για την πηγή, είναι το SD Magazine όπως αναφέρω σε κάθε post. Αυτές τις ερωτήσεις τις παρουσιάζω σαν αρχή για συζήτηση γιατί το survey έχει κλείσει πλέον.

    Αν την πείσεις, κερνάω λουκούμι! Δύο φορές προσπάθησα, κάθε φορά το preview τη δείχνει σωστά και κάθε φορά είναι χάλια. Γι αυτό και έβαλα το attachment

    Σε κάθε post που κάνει ένας χρήστης στο κάτω μέρος υπάρχει ένα μπλε κουμπάκι που μπορείς να στείλεις ένα pm (προσωπικό μήνυμα).

    Ακόμη ΠΜ μπορεί να σταλεί από το profile ενός χρήστη...
