Looking for a collaborator that can work on part time basis as technical consultant to re-architect an existing code base that implements parts of an "Investment Management System" using .Net

We are looking to

1) redesign the UI to use MVVM patter / PRISM (WPF is used in existing code base but not following MVVM)

2) redesign the data layer to use Entity Framework (a custom ORM was used in the existing code base)
