Senior Developer/Team Leader

Main Responsibilities
· Creates and reviews the initial design/architecture with Analysts/Project managers
· Estimates hours and resource needs to implement solutions
· Provides feedback on business analysis and requirements gathering
· Identifies project risks and communicates with Analysts/Project managers
· Works with the QA team leader and Project Managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
· Implements high quality code
· Conducts peer code reviews with the team
Candidate Profile
|
· At least 10 years of experience in complex projects in ASP.NET 3.5, MVC , C#, MS SQL Server 2008R2, jQuery, JavaScript, OCR, OMR technologies
· Previous experience in managing small software teams
· Follows SCRUM methodology |

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
· Good analytical skills, organized and motivated, driven to complete tasks
· Good communication skills, persistent, effective leadership skills |
