Είχα καιρό να μπω στο forum και είδα πάνω πάνω αυτό το thread. Επειδή μου έκανε εντύπωση που δεν πρόσεξα το post σου που ανέφερε και την ημερομηνία, είδα τώρα ότι οποιοδήποτε και αν είναι το πλάτος του browser, αφήνει μόνο ένα κομμάτι και κόβει το υπόλοιπο που στην προκειμένη περίπτωση είχε όλο το ζουμί...

Ανακοινώθηκε τελική ημερομηνία για Visual Studio.NET 2005 και SQL Server 2005: 7-11 Νοέμβρη 2005 δηλαδή μια εβδομάδα πριν από το IT Forum στην Βαρκελώνη.

Για το Biztalk Server θα γίνει η επίσημη ανακοίνωση τότε αλλά θα κυκλοφορήσει σαν Biztalk Server 2006 στια αρχές του 2006.

SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005 will ship the week of Nov. 7, said Flessner, Microsoft's senior vice president of server applications, during his keynote speech in Orlando at the company's TechEd 2005 conference for IT professionals and developers. BizTalk Server 2006, the company's business-process management server, will be launched that week as well, but it will ship in the first quarter of 2006, he said.

To E-Week, μια γενικά αξιόπιστη πηγή, αναφέρει πάντως ως ημερομηνία του RTM των SQL Server 2005 και Visual Studio 2005 τα μέσα Οκτωβρίου (άρα διαθεσιμότητα στο εμπόριο κατά το Δεκέμβριο).

"Both Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 will be available later this year. Sources said the products are slated to be released to manufacturing by mid-October."

Visual Studio 2005 may be delayed yet again. Shipment of the much-delayed upgrade to Microsoft’s tools platform, code-named “Whidbey,” may slip again into next year, according to Marc Brown, director of product marketing at Microsoft ISV partner Borland Software.
