Και νομίσατε ότι η πρώτη μέρα της Build 2014, είχα πολλές ανακοινώσεις, θα πρέπει να μάθετε ότι και η δεύτερη μέρα δεν υστέρησε καθόλου! Μια πρόχειρη λίστα με τις ανακοινώσεις που έγιναν σήμερα:

Εκτός από τα παραπάνω, ο Anders Hejlsberg ανακοίνωσε, επί σκηνής στην διάρκεια του Keynote, ότι ο καινούργιος compiler του .NET Framework με κωδικό όνομα "Roslyn" θα διατεθεί σαν Open Source project, και άνοιξε το Codeplex project on-stage - μπορείτε να δείτε το repository στο Codeplex. Επίσης, ο Scott Guthrie ανακοίνωσε το .NET Foundation, που θα παρέχει όλο τον Open Source κώδικα που παρέχει η Microsoft καθώς και συνεργατών της, με ειδική αναφορά στην Xamarin, που θα διατίθεται χωρίς τον περιορισμό χρήσης στην πλατφόρμα των Windows.
