EUROPEAN DYNAMICS SA is a leading European Information Technology and Telecommunications (“IT&T”) company, operating in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, as well as several other EU countries and internationally. The company designs and develops software applications, and implements integrated state-of-the-art technology IT and telecoms projects.
The company is a significant supplier of IT&T services to EU Institutions and organisations in the EU.

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS wishes to employ a Senior Microsoft Expert and a Microsoft System Administrator for a long term project in Stockholm, Sweden that have the following qualifications:

The Senior Microsoft Expert should:

be able to understand and analyse technical requirements.
be able to develop Back office architecture and processes.
translate requirements in functional specification and architecture.
have sound experience in the processes and methods of an established back office service, involved in back office architecture definition, design build and operate and change management of back office infrastructure and services.
proven experience in performing IT projects with the use of project management methodologies and standards.
be familiar with IT Service management processes and standard.
have at least 5 years experience in system administration on Windows-XP/2003 server platforms.

The Microsoft System Administrator should:

have at least 3 years experience in system administration on Windows-XP/2003 server platforms.

The Senior Microsoft Expert and the Microsoft System Administrator should cover within these domain areas knowledge and experience in the design, operation and maintenance with product experience:

HP server hardware, MS Windows 2003 Active Directory, MS Windows Exchange Server 2003, EMC Storage area network, VERITAS Net backup, Navisphere Manager and SnapView Software, LAN Desk Service Desk and Management Suite, MS Windows Server Clustering, MS SQL 2005 Server, Backup concepts and realization, MS IIS and DMZ concepts, security and implementation, Antivirus policy server, OS Imaging and software deployment, Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 server, HDD encryption server, File and Print services, Faxination Server and SMS Alerting Server, LAN Desk Service Desk and Management Suite, SAP and SAP Portal, MS Sharepoint server.

Educational Requirements:

University degree. A postgraduate degree in the areas above or similar will be highly appreciated.
Be a MCSE Windows 2003 certified.

Interpersonal Characteristics Required:

Very good command of English; oral and written
Very good communication skills
High level of service orientation
Excellent team worker
