Purpose
We have an immediate opening for a .NET CRM Senior Software Engineer in our Athens office to join the R&D team.
The successful candidate will be responsible with other Microsoft.NET experts to develop cutting-edge CRM solutions.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities
Candidates must have demonstrated experience with the latest technologies. At minimum they must have the following qualifications:
· Extensive experience in object oriented languages (e.g. C#, Visual Studio.net, Visual Basic 6) including OOA & D methologies.
· Complete development lifecycle experience.
· Database Knowledge - at least 3 years of experience working with MS SQL Server, Access with a strong understanding of data base technologies.
· Proven leadership skills in delivering key products with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Variety of experience in delivering projects based on Web technologies - JavaScript, ASP, XML, XSL, HTML, DHTML, Web Services.
· Development experience in CRM implementation (ideally with MS CRM) would be an advantage.
· Excellent problem solving.
· Excellent documentation skills.
· Microsoft CRM certification would be a plus.

Educational / Behavioral Competencies
· Computer science Degree or equivalent is desirable.
· Team player.
· Strong work ethics.
· Drive and enthusiasm to deliver high quality products.
· Great Customer focus.
· Ability to work under pressure.
