Based in Stockholm at the ECDC premises

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS SA is a leading European Information Technology and Telecommunications service provider, operating at an international level. The company designs and develops software applications, and implements integrated, state-of-the-art IT and telecoms projects. Being a service provider of multiple framework contracts for the European Commission and many other EU institutions and organizations, European Dynamics undertakes a continuous international recruitment campaign in order to successfully deliver its projects. Consequently, a vacancy exists for a CRM Developer to be based at the ECDC premises in Stockholm.

Your key responsibilities:

The work will take place at ECDC in a team-oriented environment. It relates to the maintenance of a major Europol project. The system is based on Microsoft CRM 3.0.The purpose of the assignment is to carry on the customization, implementation and integration of data of this system on the basis of information already available in the different units of the ECDC in different formats, and then on information which will be gathered in the next months. Next to the development work the consultant should identify and document the business cases, document the customization and configuration and user training, providing user manuals and 2nd level support.

Your skills:

· Education: University degree in Computer Science or equivalent academic qualifications in the area of Information Technology.

· Ability and proven experience in analysis, planning, and design of CRM business processes and map those processes to CRM product features and formulate a CRM solution based on this analysis, including a design and project plan, deliver this solution to both the business and technical owners;

· Excellent knowledge and experience of practical implementation and customization of Microsoft CRM 3.0;

· Good knowledge and proven experience with Microsoft reporting services;

· Moderate skills in server infrastructure, Java and .NET application development;

· Proficiency in Microsoft database products - experience working with MS SQL Server and MS - Access; development skills are useful although database manipulation skills are the primary focus;

· Profound knowledge (oral and written) of English;
