Purpose

Consulting project activities for successful implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product with focus on high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities

Candidates must have demonstrated experience with the latest Microsoft technologies. At minimum they must have the following qualifications:

2+ years of Consulting experience
At least 3 years of experience working with database and data warehouse concepts and design (Microsoft SQL Server)
Experience in CRM projects preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Technical Responsibilities including problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification, implementation, testing, client training and deployment
Financial Responsibilities including project cost estimating and proposal generation

Educational/Behavioral Competencies

Experience in customer facing and dealing with tight deadlines
Good communication skills
Great Customer focus
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be considered a plus
Computer Science Degree or equivalent is desirable.
