We are looking for experienced and talented freelance individuals to join our team on a subcontracting basis as Senior ASP.NET Developers.

Job Title: Senior ASP.NET Developer

Position Summary:
The Senior ASP.NET developer supports and builds custom ASP.NET web sites for clients using C#. This person will also streamline codebase for websites of similar content, upgrade legacy (ASP, older .net) code to newer versions of the .NET runtime and provide troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively support clients by resolving troubleshooting tickets.
• Create new functionality on existing web sites to address customers' evolving needs.
• Participate or lead in new design and development efforts.
• Streamline existing codebase for similar client web sites.
• Update functionality of client assistance tools (Content Management Systems, etc)
• Oversees the deployment of and provide assistance in the deployment of Production code.
• Troubleshoot system and application problems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• 6+ years of related technical work experience in ASP.NET development in C#.
• 2+ years of experience in ASP.NET Web Services development
• 2+ years of experience in legacy .ASP development, or equivelant experience in migrating legacy .asp code to asp.net
• Able to assume and complete assignments independently with little oversight.
• Ability to realistically estimate time completion of assignments
• Desired experience in TESSITURA framework or other similar ticketing booking API
• Excellent technical skills required
• Weekend work may be required (paid)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and the ability to interact professionally with collegues and clients.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

• C# ASP.NET, MS Visual Studio 2010+, IIS 6.0+ configuration, know how to compile and deploy a web site...
