CGSoft is a leading provider of Business Software.
It develops and supports Thesis.net family of products (ERP/CRM/BI/etc.), cloud products, and undertakes large scale IT projects in EU.
CGSoft seeks for competent, experienced and qualified persons to fill the following position: Software Development Engineer

Location:
The role operates in Athens, at the company’s HQ.
Purpose of the role: The job holder will be responsible for coding, testing and analyzing application software. Moreover, he/she will be supporting the existing applications.

Accountabilities:
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions
- Participate in the implementation of software architectures based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Assist project managers in setting schedules for new technology adoption
- Collaborate with product management to conduct and demonstrate proof-of-concepts for new products and architectures.

Qualifications:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of English (Proficiency level)
- At least 2 year of experience in software development
- Thorough understanding and exposure in the IT industry, collaborations and decision-making processes
- Master’s Degree in relevant field would be considered as an asset

Min Technical Competencies:
In depth proven knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
Excellent proven knowledge & experience of the following products
- Microsoft Visual Studio development environment
- C# and Java.
- DevExpress suite of products (.Net)
- Microsoft SQL server

Additional skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills
- Fluent in established software architectures/development systems
- Excellent prioritization skills (efficient time management) to meet deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Solid administration and troubleshooting skills
