Purpose

We have an immediate opening for a .NET Senior Software Engineer in our Athens office to join the R&D team.

The successful candidate will be responsible in collaboration with other Microsoft.NET experts to develop cutting-edge Retail solutions.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of significant experience on Microsoft Application development languages & technologies (e.g. Visual Studio.net, C#).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Add Knowledge of latest ASP.NET MVC, C# and also Dependency Injection, Unit Testing, Design Patterns.
Experience consuming WCF web services / WebApi with JSON, XML.
Expert in Object Oriented Design

Preferred skills

.NET 4, 4.5, MVC 4.5
Linq
Cloud Computing: Azure, Amazon Web Services.
Knowledge and understanding of business processes
Strong testing experience with mocking, IoC concepts.
Experience in communicating with devices (Serial, USB, etc.) will be significant advantage.
Familiarity with Retail or/and ERP solutions.
Experience in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
