Τελικά χρησιμοποίησα τον παρακάτω τρόπο

Dim MyDataView As System.Data.DataView = CType(SqlDataSource1.Select(DataSourceSelectArguments.Empty), System.Data.DataView)

Label1.Text = MyDataView(0).Item("MyColumn").ToString

Απ: Bind Dat to asp:Label

Βάλτο μέσα σε ένα formView και επεξεργάσου τα templates. Eτσι χύμα δεν είναι τόσο απλό...

Με ποιο τρόπο μπορώ να κάνω Bind ενα asp:Label απο το SqlDataSource ;

Το Select είναι :

SelectCommand="SELECT [myfield1], [myfield2], [myfield3], [myfield4] FROM [MyTable] WHERE ([id] = @id)

<SelectParameters>
<asp:QueryStringParameter Name="id" QueryStringField="ID" Type="Int32" />
</SelectParameters>

Δοκίμασα ως εξής :

<asp:Label ID="MyLabel" Runat="Server" Text='<%# Eval("myfield4") %>'/>

Αλλά δεν παίζει.
