Qualifications & Experience
· IT Bachelor’s degree (AEI & ATEI)
· 1 - 2 years’ work experience in ICT Service Desk
· Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software.
· Demonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques.
· Proficiency in using support software tools.
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory & User Management & Desktop Support
· Experience in call center tracking tools
Competences/Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Customer service orientation
· English : Proficiency Level
