A full service internet development company based in The Hague/NL, is looking for its subsidiary in Athens/GR to hire an experienced web developer (medior/senior) for a long term business relationship.
 
The right candidate (man or woman) will have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in web development using primarily the Microsoft technology stack.
He or she must be highly motivated and must also be able to function in a team as well alone in a remotely (through Skype) operated working environment.
The focus for this role is mostly on back-end web development in existing but also new projects although some front-end development will also be required (HTML, CSS3, javascript/jQuery, bootstrap, knockout etc).

More specifically we are looking for the die-hard web developer with the following capabilities: 

• .NET v4.0 and higher (must have)
• ASP.NET MVC and/or WebAPI (must have)
• Proficient knowledge of the C# language (must have)
• Adequate understanding of OOP (must have)
• Architecture design using UML (must have)
• Design patterns DI, IoC, MVC, MVVM, Factory, Singleton, Composite, Proxy, Command, Chain of Resp., UnitOfWork, Repository, State, Strategy, Facade etc (must have)
• Entity Framework (must have)
• Adequate knowledge of LINQ to SQL (must have)
• Relative knowledge of the SQL language, specifically with SQL Server (must have)
• Proficient knowledge of Visual Studio 2010 and higher (must have)
• Web standards (must have)
• Unit Testing and TDD (nice to have)
• SCRUM methodology (nice to have)
• IIS 7 and higher (nice to have)
• GIT DVCS (nice to have)
• HTML5, CSS3 (nice to have)
• Bootstrap, Grid960 (nice to have)
• jQuery, Knockout, Angular (nice to have)
• javascript (must have)
• Proficient knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (must have)
