E-Delivery Specialist, E-Banking (MP-EdevSpec01)
Qualification Requirements
· Should have a high appreciation for technology and e-background in IT is an advantage
· Well developed XML and HTML knowledge and experience (common web tools)
· Excellent Skills and knowledge in managing content, designing templates and sitemaps
· Knowledge in deployment of themes and skins
· Experience in designing banners (flash, gif, animated)
· Strong driver of change and innovation
· Knowledge in Sales related activities
· Driver of execution, performance and meeting tight deadlines
· Very good at building relationships and listening to others
· Strong self drive to achieve collective goals
· Strong communication skills
· Highly adaptable
· Experience in user acceptance testing
· Excellent skills and knowledge of web experience
· Excellence in English Language usage
Education
A degree holder with preferable postgraduate qualification in Web Development or E-Commerce
Experience
At least 2 years experience on Web Development
Role Definition
1. Manage and develop the page content and release to Bank’s Site and Internet Banking for Personal Financial Services
2. Content management: Develop content and banners on the website and arrange release, continually optimized for search engine, following brand guidelines, and fully tagged for effective analysis. Work with external agency to optimize the user experience where required
3. Application management: Develop applications on the website, work in designing the process and link to database and arrange release working closely with the e-sales specialist
4. Relationship Management: Work with e-marketing and the Product Managers within Customer Propositions to ensure content is relevant and delivered on time. Be able to communicate the values of e-banking to the branch network and customers.
5. Service Management: Help implement new transactional, payment and customer services in Internet banking proposition
6. Analytics: Continually review available site statistics data e.g. from Web trends, Cognos MI to refine and optimize the customer journey and effectiveness
7. Compliance: Ensure that all communications are approved by compliance, with no breeches and minimal declines
8. Support: Provide support to the e-care function in the Call center for the internet banking transactions
