Description

The Chief Developer is responsible for the technical guidance of members of the Development Team in the delivery of development projects. The Chief Developer is expected to play a major role in ensuring that the technical procedures, tools and ultimately the code produced by the Development Team is high calibre and fit for purpose.

Also, he or she should participate in complete SDLC and ensure best practices and agile methodologies are followed in all stages and is expected to play a key role in the architectural design of solutions.

Requirements

Programming Skills

The Chief Developer will be expected to be highly knowledgeable and experienced in:

• VB.Net / C# (.Net 2.X, 3.X, 4.X )
• PHP, CSS/JavaScript, jQuery
• MS SQL / MySQL
• DevExpress Tools (Windows Forms)
• Multi‐threaded programming
• Database architect
• Network programming (Sockets)

Further to this, they are expected to build expert skills in:

• SOAP, RESTful, JSON

Selection Criteria

• Over 6 years software development experience
• 2 years experience as a lead/senior developer (.NET)
• You should be fun to work with!
