Junior Test Analysts / Fresh Graduates

To join company’s Development Center in Brno, Czech Republic

The Development Centre in Brno, Czech Republic, currently employs over 140 IT specialists. The team is truly multinational, with employees from New Zealand, Scotland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Czech, South Africa, Russia, Cuba, Nigeria, Belgium, Argentina, and India.

You will learn to:

·         Create and execute test scripts and cases that will determinate optional system performance according to specification

·         Define test coverage to minimize business risk

·         Ensure that testing activities will allow applications to meet business requirements and system goals

·         Proactively manage changes to testing requirements

·         Coordinate live releases and complete post/implementation testing

·         Plan, document and manage both client and internal test activities for specific projects

·         Work with developers to resolve defects, managing and reviewing the defect resolution process

You need to have:

·         University degree or equivalent

·         English on communicative level

·         Knowledge of principles of HTML and SQL

·         Basic knowledge of software testing

·         Analytical thinking, good communication and time management skills

·         Familiarity with financial products and markets would be an advantage

·         Confident, able to apply a structured approach
