"Thread Status" and "Mark as Answer" feature in Forums

In a thread's page, the first post has a dropdown menu in order the one that started the thread, a moderator or the administrator of the forum can set the thread's status. Also, in all the other posts, there is a button, which by clicking it, one can mark a post as answer to the thread.
