Qualifications & Experience
· IT Bachelor’s degree
· 1-2 years’ work experience as User Support Agent
· Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software.
· Proficiency in using support software tools.
· Experience in MS Active Directory & Microsoft Applications, Desktop Support and User Management
Competences/Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to learn customer support processes and techniques.
- Ability to solve problems on Hardware & Software
- English : Proficiency Level
- Command of Dutch language will be considered an extra asset
