Description
We are looking for a C# Software Engineer to join KYON Ltd., a start-up technology company that is about to launch an innovative pet tracking device of unique image and edge technology.
Our team comprises by competent hardware and software engineers, industrial designers and business development executives. Our vision is to create a technology jewel that aspires to not only track but also connect the pet to its owner.
As soon as you get on board, we will help you familiarize with the existing code of KYON back-end, so that you quickly become hands-on and productive. As part of your role you will extend and improve the existing code, hold responsibility for the technical integrations, and collaborate with different business units (i.e. hardware development, retail business, and operations) to collect and analyze business requirements, which you will then transform into viable solutions for KYON.
Requirements
To apply for this role you should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven track record in .NET Framework (C#)
- Prior experience in RESTful Web APIs
- Good knowledge of Entity Framework and Linq
While we will also appreciate any knowledge/ experience you might have in:
- SQL Server
- Git or other source code management system
- Azure or other cloud computing platforms
- Object oriented programming and
- IoT
