Πρέπει καταρχάς να κάνεις add reference στο System.Data.OracleClient από το project σου. Μετά, τα SqlConnection και SqlDataAdapter που χρησιμοποιείς είναι για τον Sql Server, όχι για την Oracle. Τα αντίστοιχα της Oracle είναι OracleConnection και OracleDataAdapter. Δες εδώ για περισσότερα.
