I just happened to visit Administrative Tools / Computer Management / Task Scheduler and got the error: "The task image is corrupt or has been tampered with.mcupdate" Apart from the bad syntax of the message (should say [mcupdate] at the end, not .mcupdate), you have not many clues on what is throwing this message. Vista Start menu: Run... command

You may have noticed at Vista's "Start menu" that the "Run..." command is missing. You may not miss it, since you can do most of its functionality using the "Search" area of the Start menu, but if you do miss it, you can make it show up again by right clicking the Start menu button and selecting "Properties", then select "Customize..."

Euro symbol in Word

Just found out (by trial and error :-) that there's a quick way to insert the Euro symbol in Microsoft Word is to press CTRL+ALT+E (can use either an English or a Greek letter E, it seems to be insensitive to the current input language which is nice). Could also use Insert Symbol menu of Word, but that's much easier if you have to use it often Btw if you find that you cannot spot commands
