For a healthy life
Say no to alcoholic beverages (can still drink a glass of red wine now and then) Eat lots of fresh vegetables Prefer full-grain bread (unless you're allergic to it) Eat lots of fruit Avoid sweets and sugar in general Prefer olive oil for salads and cooking Drink plenty of water Eat fish often Cut off cigarettes Get some exercise (take some longer walks)
